As seen during Wednesday night’s WWE NXT broadcast, Dexter Lumis made his return. During a segment where Cameron Grimes was walking around backstage looking for William Regal, Lumis appeared and got in Grimes’ face.
Lumis suffered an ankle injury back in August and has been off WWE TV since then.
Also on NXT, WWE aired a new mystery vignette teasing a former champion returning at NXT Takeover 31. The person in the video drove a motorcycle past the Amway Center in Orlando, FL and said,
“I’ve heard them say you can never go back home. Too many roads in life to take, but sometimes you have to stop and look around to see that home may not be the same place it was when you left it, and you realize doing something about it will be your best move.”
