Sonya Deville’s Restraining Order Against Stalker Extended

According to a report from Heel By Nature, Sonya Deville’s restraining order against the fan who tried to kidnap her has been extended following a hearing that was held on Thursday. The hearing on the stalker’s case was held on Thursday morning in Hillsborough County court. During it, Deville’s protection order was extended once again. This marks the third time it’s been extended.

The stalker, Phillip A. Thomas II, is charged with third degree aggravated stalking, armed burglary of a dwelling, armed kidnapping for reward or hostage, and second degree criminal mischief. He faces the potential of life in prison if he’s convicted on all of the charges.

A new hearing for the case has been scheduled for May 6th at 9AM EST. Also, several depositions will be taking place in the coming weeks. Deville and Mandy Rose will be deposed on February 3rd. They will also be deposed by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office on February 18th and March 17th.

As of this writing, Phillip A. Thomas II remains in custody at the Hillsborough County Jail.
